Winestore is a North Carolina wine retailer founded in 2005, with a mission to make wine fun, educational and non-intimidating. At its Charlotte store, Enomatic Unica dispensers are set into a wood-paneled wall, framed by a deep-red accent wall and the shelves of the sales floor.
Wines are served by the glass in precisely controlled portions. Each bottle is preserved under inert gas, so every pour is as fresh as the first.
