Opened in spring 2022 in Hallandale Beach, Barrel Wine & Cheese is a kosher wine shop, dairy restaurant and interactive wine bar: an elegant but relaxed spot for wine, cheese boards and homemade treats.
Self-serve wine dispensers let guests choose from more than 50 kosher labels, poured as a taste, a half glass or a full glass. Bottles are kept sealed under inert gas at a controlled temperature, ready to pour at the touch of a button.
Technical specifications
The system installed at Barrel Wine & Cheese is built on Enomatic’s modular Unica technology, designed for precise preservation, portion control and connected service.
Pour + preserve — each bottle is preserved separately under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable servings per bottle.
Control + connect — color touchscreen, RFID reader and LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time service monitoring.
Build + customize — stainless steel, colored or glass finishes, with customization options on request.
