Dunes Brewing is a craft brewery in Port Orange, Florida, built around house-brewed beer and a laid-back taproom just a few miles from Daytona Beach’s shoreline.
Tucked into the taproom alongside the tap wall is a compact self-serve wine station, giving guests an easy way to pour their own glass without flagging down staff.
The line-up rotates through a small, hand-picked selection of wines, giving guests who want a glass of wine – instead of, or alongside, a flight of craft beer – an easy option of their own.
It’s a small addition with an outsized effect: a brewery taproom that now has something for everyone at the table, poured exactly the way each guest wants it.
Technical Features
The wine station at Dunes Brewing is built on Enomatic self-serve dispensing technology, sized to fit neatly into a working taproom alongside the beer taps.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones keep every open bottle at the right serving temperature, with full visibility for guests browsing the line-up.
Control + connect – a color touchscreen and card/RFID reader let guests tap in and pour their own tastes, no server required.
Build + customize – stainless steel, colored or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
Configured here as a compact self-serve station, it lets Dunes Brewing offer wine by the glass without adding a second bar or extra staff.
