The self-pour wine wall at Noble Roots is built on Enomatic self-serve dispensing technology, designed for precise preservation, portion control and guest-facing service.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle, from a taste to a full glass.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones, fast loading and full bottle visibility across the wall.
Control + connect – 7-inch color touchscreen and RFID reader, so guests tap a card to pour their own tastes, with LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time service tracking.
Build + customize – stainless steel, colored or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
