Self-pour wine, by the ounce

Vine 32 is a wine and graze bar opened in April 2022 in Bedford, New Hampshire, by Leah and Tom Bellemore. Its self-pour concept lets guests discover wines by the ounce, at their own pace.

Enomatic Unica dispensers line the wall, with each bottle preserved under inert gas and served in precisely controlled portions. Guests can taste widely and come back to their favorites.
