WeVINO
14 Enomatic wine dispensers pouring 112+ wines inside a modern Italian wine lounge in Westlake Village
112+ wines on rotation by the ounce, sip, or glass, backed by a cellar of more than 10,000 bottles in the heart of the Conejo Valley.
Nouvelle Italian cooking,
paired with a self-pour wine program
WeVINO opened on Via Colinas in Westlake Village, founded on a vision shaped by the owners’ travels through Europe and their discovery there of the Enomatic system: a space where exploration was encouraged one sip at a time, without intimidation. The restaurant pairs a Nouvelle Italian menu – modern, refined interpretations of Italian classics built on imported ingredients – with a wine program built for discovery, across lunch and dinner service, Sommelier Sundays, and Women & Wine Wednesdays.
At the center of the room, 14 Enomatic stations keep 112+ wines in rotation, available by the ounce, half glass, or full glass from a reloadable guest card, backed by a cellar of more than 10,000 bottles under inert-gas preservation. Upstairs, the Vino Vault offers a limited run of private, engraved wine lockers with guaranteed tables and complimentary corkage, and the glass-walled Pasta Laboratorio turns fresh pasta into part of the show.
Technical Features
WeVINO’s wall of 14 Enomatic stations keeps 112+ wines fresh and ready to pour, letting guests move from a one-ounce taste to a full glass without waiting on a server, the same self-pour format the owners discovered while touring Europe’s wine regions.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen or argon, with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones keep every open bottle at the right serving temperature, with full visibility for guests browsing the line-up.
Control + connect – a color touchscreen and card/RFID reader let guests tap in and pour their own tastes, no server required.
Build + customize – stainless steel, colored or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
With a reloadable card at every station, the wine list becomes something guests page through at their own pace – one ounce, one sip, or one glass at a time – while the reserve bottles upstairs in the Vino Vault stay set aside for members alone.
