64 wines and 18 craft beers by the ounce, poured by the guest, one taste at a time.
Curious Cork opened in fall 2023 in Orlando’s Lake Nona neighborhood under the banner #StayCurious, built around the idea that discovering wine should be hands-on and unhurried. The space blends a wine bar, a retail bottle shop, and a kitchen into one easy-going room, finished with oak paneling, stone accents, and wine-crate storage that nods to the cellar without feeling formal.
At the center of the concept sits a self-serve wall of 64 wines and 18 craft beers, each available in three pour sizes so guests can taste, compare, and commit at their own pace. Staff are on hand to guide and educate rather than to pour, turning every visit into a small, self-directed tasting.
Curious Cork’s wine wall runs on Enomatic’s Unica preservation and dispensing system, letting guests serve themselves with confidence that every bottle tastes as it should, taste after taste.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen or argon with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones keep every open bottle at the right serving temperature, with full visibility for guests browsing the line-up.
Control + connect – 7in colour touchscreen and card/RFID reader let guests tap in and pour their own tastes, no server required.
Build + customize – stainless steel, coloured or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
The result is a self-pour experience that feels effortless for guests and requires minimal oversight from staff, freeing the team to focus on hospitality and education instead of pouring
