Everything Wine is a British Columbia wine retailer. At its River District store in Vancouver, Enomatic Unica dispensers stand on the sales floor, close to the tasting bar, with a wide selection of wines on the shelves around them.
Wines are served by the glass in precisely controlled portions. Each bottle is preserved under inert gas, so the last glass is as good as the first and customers can compare several wines without a bottle being opened for each taste.
