Redstone Winery & Tasting Room, in Beamsville, Ontario, serves its wines through Enomatic technology: two Enomatic Élite dispensers behind the tasting bar and a circular dispenser on the tasting island.
Visitors can sample a selection of wines by the glass at their own pace, with the bottles preserved under inert gas between servings.

The system installed at Redstone Winery is built on Enomatic’s Élite technology, designed for precise preservation, portion control and connected service.
Pour + preserve — each bottle is preserved separately under food-grade nitrogen or argon, with up to 3 programmable pouring sizes per bottle.
Control + connect — a glass-protected touchscreen for each bottle, a central LCD screen and LAN connectivity (TCP/IP), with optional self-serve operation using card, RFID or barcode readers.
Build + customize — stainless steel construction with a dual-pane insulated glass door and compressor-based refrigeration; classic stainless steel and black finishes, with other colors available on request.
