Township 7 Vineyards & Winery
A winery in Langley, British Columbia
A winery making wine since 2001 in the 7th Township of Langley, growing Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for sparkling wine, with a cellar-style tasting room at 21152 16 Avenue in Langley, BC.
Wine dispensers in the tasting room
Township 7 Vineyards & Winery, in Langley, British Columbia, serves its wines through Enomatic technology: two Eno One dispensers in its tasting room.
Visitors can sample a selection of wines by the glass at their own pace, with the bottles preserved under inert gas between servings.
Technical specifications
The system installed at Township 7 Vineyards & Winery is built on Enomatic’s Eno One technology, a compact two-bottle dispenser that can be used on its own or joined to other units to build a larger system.
Pour + preserve
Wines are preserved with food-grade nitrogen or argon, so opened bottles stay in good condition between servings (Enomatic indicates more than 30 days). Up to three pour sizes can be programmed for each bottle position.
Serve + cool
Each unit holds two bottles in a dual-temperature design, from 43 to 64 °F (6 to 18 °C), so reds and whites can be served at the right temperature. An optional divider keeps bottles at different temperatures apart.
Build + customize
Units are modular and can be joined together. Side panels come in white or black, with LED lighting of adjustable intensity. Each unit measures 10.9 in W × 23.5 in H × 13.8 in D (27.6 × 59.7 × 35.1 cm), weighs 26.5 lb (12 kg) and runs on 110 V.
