This contemporary-style hotel, located at 126 rue de Vimy in Rimouski, facing the St. Lawrence River, has 25 rooms and a bar-lounge where guests like to gather at the end of the day.
The Unica dispenser offers a selection of wines served by the glass, in the chosen size, at the right temperature and without opening a bottle. Guests discover new labels at their own pace, while the establishment limits waste and showcases its wine list.

Pour + preserve — each bottle is preserved separately under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable servings per bottle.
