In Sherbrooke, on King Street West, the OTL Gouverneur Sherbrooke hotel has 126 units, the Boefish restaurant and the PAUS spa, in the heart of downtown.
Two Enomatic wine dispensers sit in dark wood cabinets, one close to the dining room, with their glasses and a display screen nearby. The bottles remain visible behind the glass and each guest chooses their wine by the glass.
Each bottle is preserved under inert gas at a controlled temperature, for consistent quality from the first glass to the last and without waste.
