In Laval, the Sheraton has added an Unica wine dispenser to its lounge near the convention centre, offering guests a simple, refined wine-by-the-glass service.

Located in the Chomedey area, close to Carrefour Laval, the Sheraton Laval welcomes business travelers, conventions and events year-round.
The Unica dispenser makes it possible to offer a selection of wines served by the glass, in the chosen size. The screen guides the guest, who can choose a wine and track their card balance, for a smooth experience without waiting.
Technical specifications
The system installed at the Sheraton Laval is built on Enomatic’s modular Unica technology, designed for precise preservation, portion control and connected service.
Pour + preserve — each bottle is preserved separately under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable servings per bottle.
Control + connect — color touchscreen, RFID reader and LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time service monitoring.
Build + customize — stainless steel, colored or glass finishes, with customization options on request.
