In Chicoutimi, on Boulevard Talbot, the OTL Gouverneur Saguenay hotel offers 165 rooms, the Boefish restaurant and the PAŪS spa in a contemporary setting.
In the lobby area, two Enomatic wine dispensers blend into the wooden furnishings, with glasses close at hand. The bottles are clearly visible behind the glass and each guest chooses the wine they like, by the glass.
Each bottle is preserved under inert gas at a controlled temperature: the wine stays true to itself from the first glass to the last, and the hotel can offer quality wines by the glass without waste.
