Moltó Vino is a private wine club in Columbia, South Carolina, built around the idea that great wine should be easy to explore. Members swipe in and pour their own glass from a rotating list of bottles, tasting broadly without committing to a full bottle every time.
The concept has grown across the Columbia area, with the self-pour wine wall extending the same member experience to additional locations as the club expands.
Because each open bottle stays fresh under preservation technology, Moltó Vino can keep a wide, changing selection available by the glass, so members always have something new to taste.
The result is a relaxed, self-directed space where wine discovery happens at each member’s own pace, one pour at a time.
Technical Features
The wine wall at Moltó Vino is built on Enomatic self-pour dispensing technology, designed for precise preservation, portion control and member-facing service.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle, from a taste to a full glass.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones, fast loading and full bottle visibility across the wine wall.
Control + connect – 7-inch color touchscreen and RFID reader, so members tap a card to pour their own wine, with LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity for real-time service tracking.
Build + customize – stainless steel, colored or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
