Q Cigar Room is Western Canada’s only cigar lounge licensed for indoor smoking, its ventilation system cycling the air twelve times an hour so smokers and non-smokers share the same room comfortably.
Set west of Edmonton next to River Cree Resort, the lounge pairs leather club chairs, private cigar lockers and a humidor collection with fine dining built around dishes like pulled duck poutine and nobashi shrimp.
The beverage program centers on scotch, whisky and brandy pairings, and wine is part of that lineup too — the bar’s self-serve Enomatic station lets guests pour their own glass to go with a cigar, no server required.
An all-season patio with fire pits and a retractable roof, VIP memberships with private lockers, and regular live music round out a lounge built for lingering.
Technical Features
The wine station at Q Cigar Room is built on Enomatic self-serve dispensing technology, giving guests a hands-on wine pairing to go with their cigar.
Pour + preserve – each bottle is individually preserved under food-grade nitrogen (E941) or argon (E938), with up to 3 configurable pour sizes per bottle.
Chill + display – adjustable temperature zones keep every open bottle at the right serving temperature, with full visibility for guests browsing the line-up.
Control + connect – a color touchscreen and card/RFID reader let guests tap in and pour their own tastes, no server required.
Build + customize – stainless steel, colored or glazed finishes, with customization options available on request.
