Behind the central bar, a curated selection of fine wines poured by the glass with precision, for a menu that’s always fresh.
A wine dispenser by the glass at the heart of the central bar
Chez Lionel, a next-generation French brasserie located at 1250 René-Lévesque Boulevard West, just steps from the Bell Centre, relies on an Enomatic wine dispenser for its very first downtown Montreal location. The central bar, the centerpiece of the dining room, is equipped with the Enomatic Unica 8/r system, allowing the team to pour precise portions and refresh the wine list without waste, for a clientele that stops by as much before a show as to celebrate a win at the Bell Centre.
Every wine stays protected under inert gas and at a controlled temperature, guaranteeing freshness and quality in every glass, even after opening. This setup lets Chez Lionel offer more distinctive labels without worrying about an opened bottle oxidizing, while simplifying staff training behind a bar that gets busy on event nights — an approach built to keep the wine list turning over, glass after glass, without compromising on quality.
